Crash with 7206VRX router

The router reset, and show the next message System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x6055DBB8, address 0x3E3C2F5C. In the output interpreter say that is a problem of memory or IOS, but I changed memory and IOS and the problem continued.

Check the IOS bug toolkit (http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl) to see if this is a known bug for the IOS version you tried.

Otherwise it may be a hardware defect.

I would suggest to open a TAC case, if possible.
