We had some problems last night with the 4006 and loosing connectivity to various devices. After a show log, it said to do a show crashdump 1. Does anyone know where to decode one of these crashdumps?

The crashdump is invalid, notice the date/time. What version of code? Post along with show env 1 (or show nvramenv 1 if 6.x).

The switch didn't crash due to software exception if the crashdump is invalid. Try doing a clear crashdump 1 and wait for the next crash if it ever happens and hopefully you would get a valid dump.
