Creating menu with 2950 and 3550 ??

and it look like this it is a command summary for switches ... I can't find where to put those menu commands to create one .. anybody have a sample or a hint? thanks

I do not think these boxes have any tty lines , therefore I do not think you can use this command on these boxes
