CSS 11000 Problem

We have two services associated with a content. We are splitting the load for two web servers using port 443, anyways when I type the url address of the server from outside the switch ( with a computer on the same network as the VIP address of the content) the page is no longer displayed. Then I go to the css and type show summary and It shows a hit, but for some reason never makes it back to the requestor pc. It used to work fine and all of a sudden just stop working, without making any changes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have configured "groups" on the CSS then add the the services into the groups using the VIP address from the content rule. This should resolve the issue.
