CUBE SIP between an Avaya CS1000 and NEC 2400

I have been task to connect a CUBE between an NEC 2400 and an Avaya CS1000 using SIP trunking.  Has anyone done this before if so sample configs would be appricaited. Thanks

Thanks for the reply but I am looking for a sample on this drawing.

NEC 2400 NEAX --  GW (?)--  CUBE -- CS1000 Avaya

Both system will connect to the CUBE via ethernet and using dial-peers to place calls

using sip/h323 from end to end as required.
