cwconfig with Solaris Role Bassec Access Control (RBAC)?

Cisco bug CSCec09770 indicates you need to be root to be able to execute cwconfig.

We used to run cwconfig from non-root accounts on Solaris.

Has someone already used RBAC on Solaris to execute cwconfig from non-root acounts?

If yes can you provide me with some configuration help?
