DB9 to RJ48c cable connection pinout

Does anyone know how cabling must be between an RJ48c connector and a DB9 ones?

Since I had to connect one port of VWIC-2MFT-E1 (2 port RJ48c) to one DCE (AETRA SA11) having a DB9 (120 ohm) output.

Are you sure about the DB9? Sometimes the T1 port of a CSU/DSU is a DB15 ... I havent seen a DB9 being used before (for a T1).

If it is a DB15:

The mapping is 1&2 on the RJ going to pins 1&9 (leftmost two pins, one above the other) and 4&5 going to pins 8&15 (the two rightmost pins, one above the other).
