How do I turn DNS name resolution off? What is happening is about 50% of my switches/routers names in DFM are resolving to dhcpXXXXXXX.apg.army.mil where the XXXXXXX portion is generally the gateway address.
I know I can change the name as it is displayed by a manual edit, but this error occures for interface errors, vlan errors, chassis errors.....ect. I do not have to time to manually edit each section for over 300 switches.
How can I get it to just use the IP of the switch for the switch name in DFM?
