DialOutEZ3.0 working on AS5300, but not AS5350

My customer needs to use the DialOutEZ3.01 to access As5350 and download data via Z-Modem protocol, the modem connection can be established but got CRC Errors when download data.

But it is working properly if connected to the AS5300 with the same configuration.

Which is the problem? and how to configure the AS5350 as MICA modem only?

The 5350 uses Nextport modems; you way want to ensure that you have the proper .inf file for the 5350. This and other sample configs and troubleshooting steps that may help are here:
