Disable Autostate on 2800 Vlan Interface?

Is it possible to disable the autostate functionality on a VLAN interface in a 2801?

I have a 2801 at the remote end of a WAN link with a 4-port ethernet card. The 4 ports are assigned to vlan 10. I do not want Interface VLAN 10 to go down when the last PC is shutoff.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,

-Joe

To the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to disable autostate on any vlan interface.

Configure the loopback interface in the remote end device, route the packet to the loopback interface from your local router. so that the interface never goes down.
