Does the 4503 supports the Catalyst 4000 Layer 3 Services Module

Anyone can tell me if the WS-X4232-L3 module be used on the 4503 switch?

Hi,

Ws-x4232-L3 module cant be used on 4503. bcoz 4503 comes mimimum with Sup II+ and it has got inbuilt basic l2/l3/l4capabilities in it, so it doesn`t need extra L3 capabilities.
