Duplicate IP addresses

CWSI2000 5th ed CD Campus Manager/UT version 3.2

I need to clean up the User Tracking Duplicate IP report, it is useless in its present configuration.

I think my problem is mostly users with multiple NIC cards but not sure about that. I know these are not true duplicate IP addresses as no syslog errors are being reported by the routers. How can I reconfigure the CWSI to disregard and not rediscover addresses I have verified as not duplicated?

As far as I know, routers will report duplicate IP addresses syslog messages only if the router has the IP address of another host on the network. If there are two hosts with the same IP address, the roture would not be able to detect it. may be there is a real duplicate address and you may check it.
