EBGP and Static routing conflict/loop

Dear Experts,

We stucked with a scenario and seeking advise to overcome the same.

Existing Setup :  We have two Routers (Cisco 3945) on which Point-to-Point link are connected to remote location running with static routing.

Remote Site-1 (Primary Link) --> Our Data Center Router-1

Remote Site-1 (Secondary Link)  --> Our Data Center Router-2

Remote Site-2 (Primary Link) --> Our Data Center Router-1

Remote Site-2 (Secondary Link)  --> Our Data Center Router-2

Proposed New connectivity : Now we have additional MPLS links for a new remote site (say Remote site-3) to our Data Center. This Remote site-3 is also have direct connectivity with Remote site-2 already.   We have to Run eBGP between this Remote SIte-3 MPLS link and our Data Center.

Problem would be : when we advertise our Network on remote site-3 eBGP there would be conflict/routing loop as same route is also running with existing static routing. Please advise how to save loop and without impacting working network.

Regards

Hi

I think Im not understanding the question clearly, do you have eBGP and static route from remote3 to Data Center 2? Could you please share your BGP configuration including the static route as well.

Thank you
