EHWIC-4G-LTE-G is the replacement for the EHWIC-3G-HSPA+7. what is the 3G configuration, PPP, on the 4G card? The command deos not activated on the 1900 ISR chassis with sec license activated.

This is more of a general 4G config.  You'll need to adopt it to your interface names.

You don't need a SEC licence to make a 4G EHWIC work.  You will however need a new enough IOS to support the new EHWIC.
