eigrp default route

How do I tell eigrp to tell other routers the default route to the internet ? do you assign a static default route and use the redistribute static command ?

A default route (0/0) learned through another protocol, or through a static route, redistributed into EIGRP, is the only way to originate a default route into EIGRP today. At some point, we'll have the ability to use default information originate, but that's probably still a long way off.
