No,eigrp don't support secondary address.

Yes, as long as there is a network statement covering the secondary subnet(s).

Sorry, ignore this posting. I just saw the other version of the original question, which contains the answer to my question:

Is it like OSPF: will advertise the secondary address subnet, but won't form any adjacencies through it?
