error message of 7507

hi,

recently,there were some error messages present to console when our 7507 boot up.

here it is:"%MGCP-3-INTERNAL_ERROR: Not able to create the profile

%SYS-6-BOOT_MESSAGES: Messages above this line are from the boot loader.

boot of "cisco2-RSP8" using boot helper "slot0:rsp-jsv-mz.122-8.T.bin" failed

error returned: File read failed -- Error Sending Request

loadprog: error - on file open

boot: cannot load "cisco2-RSP8"

device does not contain a valid magic number

Failed to find/open bootload"

Could anyone explain this?

Is your RSP up and running ? Looks like the IOS image could not be loaded while startup, (the reason might be that the IOS image in flash is corrupt). Since its not running the right image and MGCP commands are configured on this router (I assume this is a voice gateway) the MGCP internal errors are appearing. If its up and running (using a different image from flash), do a show version and see if that version does support MGCP..

Our router can bootup normally and it's work fine.it is strange that in the error message it's relate to "cisco2-rsp8" not cisco-rsp that we used to.
