Error while trying to upload image file to cisco 7206VXR router

I am trying to upload image: c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M10.bin on 7206VXR router. & getting below error message. I am not sure if this is valid image file Because I am not able to find this product in Cisco software compatibility tool.
Here is a detail. could someone please suggest on this.
Current IOS:- c7200p-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T4.bin
updating with IOS :- c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M10.bin
error message :-- %Warning: File not a valid executable for this system Abort Copy? [confirm]
Please let me know if any other information you need.

I know this sounds stupid but are you sure you are on 7206VXR the reason I ask is your current software is c7200p while your trying to upload a c7200 non p
I don't see your current software listed under 7206VXR either ----c7200p-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T4.bin I see it listed as 7200 alright but not the XVR model
