Hi,
I recently purchased two ISR 4331's and two NIM-LTEA-EA LTE modules for testing purposes.
I am getting the same errors on both after installing the modules:
*Sep 11 17:03:54.200: %SPA_OIR-6-OFFLINECARD: SPA (NIM-LTEA-EA) offline in subslot 0/1
*Sep 11 17:09:59.214: %SPA_OIR-3-EVENT_TIMEOUT: subslot 0/1: Timeout waiting for SPA OIR event
*Sep 11 17:03:54.200: %SPA_OIR-6-OFFLINECARD: SPA (NIM-LTEA-EA) offline in subslot 0/1
*Sep 11 17:09:59.214: %SPA_OIR-3-EVENT_TIMEOUT: subslot 0/1: Timeout waiting for SPA OIR event
And I have an amber error light on the module.
I am not finding any special installation commands related to the modules. Does anyone know where I can find more information on this?
I should add that the Sim in the module hasn't been activate yet, but I'm not sure why that woudl make a difference.
Show inventory is below as well, any advice is appreciated. Thank you very much

Should also add I'm getting this error
Slot 0 Bay 2 Board 0 Module[NIM-LTEA-EA] spa_type 0xD13 Daughter Board Not Present
09-22-2017 04:17 AM
this is because software is not able to identify the module.
Had the same behaviour - upgraded to isr4300-universalk9.16.03.04.SPA.bin
now the ISR4k is able to recognize the NIM-LTE-EA module.
hope you have figured this out already -:)
