during tests on FRR I found out that when the main tunnel and the backup tunnel have the same head end, FRR is notworking fine. there's traffic lost.

not that many as with normal IGP convergce.

means this that FRR is not working when the head end for both tunnels is the same?

Hi.

In general FRR should be fine. To answer your question in deep one should start to ask "TAC questions" ("What IOS?, Which hardware? ...", you know the stuff ;-)
