Hello,
I've two WS-C2950G-48-EI in the stack and few other cat2950 in star topology uplinked by fastethernet. What I just see now is constantly the gigabitethernet is going up&down. I found on cisco:
and tried to put command :no gigastack loop-breaking [interface-id] global configuration command - but switch didn't recognize this command. Next thing - theses two switches running the same iso Version 12.1(12c)EA1, but the others(which are not in stack Version 12.1(9)EA1) - cisco papers says that all switches shoud run the same ios - does also the ones which are not in stack shoud be upgraded ??
Please give me any advice.

For 2950 switches, that is the INTERFACE configuration command and also note that it is HIDDEN command, so that you need to type full command. Before entering this command, ensure that no loops are there in your network.

Try to upgrade IOS Version 12.1(9)EA1) to minimum version 12.1(14)... It is known bug as far as I know.
