help me with my 2948-l3

Yestaday when i cold reset my 2948-l3,the below message was output:

device does not contain a valid magic number

boot: cannot open "bootflash:"

boot: cannot determine first file name on device "bootflash:"

......

I tried to reset again,but it didn't work yet.

who can tell me wo can i do ?

Hello,

you need to do a ROMMON recovery, because your switch does not have a bootable image anymore.
