Hide traceroute messages

How can I hide the IP adress of my router replying to a traceroute ?

Is there any feature in the IOS to achieve that or does I use route-maps ?

I don't know of anyone to hide or otherwise exclude the destination address in an ICMP destination unreachable message. If you are concerned, then you may want to control or otherwise prevent ICMP messages from being accepted on an interface.
