How do filter/identify the various traffic in Netflow Traffic generation

can you please explain how we can filter the particular traffic in cisco router? For examable I am generating Flexible netflow/NBAR traffic in my ASR router, Then How can i filter/identify the various traffic [like URL traffic, media, TCP and ART Traffic]...

Can you please explain backend operation..
