How do I set Alarms in RTM?

Currently, I am using RTM1.4. I would like to monitor some 3550s' interface utilization. I use the RTM to set some switch templates and apply it to interfaces. Then I show run from the console. I found that the community string in the rmon event is public which is not the community string used in SNMP? What's wrong?

Also, I use RMON to monitor the CPU utilization. The threshold was exceeded and trap was fired. But I don't find the alarm from the RTM Alarm Viewer? What's wrong ?
