Is this switch from your company?SN. FCW2217B11X we have been having problems with the switches at around four know which misbehave when restarted.

- The particular serial number is recognized by https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/ , this is a 'close proof' indicating it comes from cisco , but no 100% guarantee.

Counterfeit switches will pass the serial number check because someone from the factory supplied the gang with legitimate 2960X serial numbers (including component serial numbers).
