How many default routes can a 7200 handle?

Hello,

well, I think I read this somewhere but, anyone has a link over Cisco or knows somewhere else where says that a router can only handle 6 alternative routes for one route in specific, in this case the default route? I have 8 alternatives configured on the router and when I do a show ip route 0.0.0.0 , it shows only 6 routes, not the 8 configured, and all are valid and working routes.

Thats because only 6 routes can be load balanced. (equal cost)
