How to configure router to accept voice/data calls

I have two Cisco 2610XM routers with ISDN PRI on each. The PRIs are provisioned for voice/data.

How do I conifigure the routers to accept voice/data calls? PRI will be use for backup in the event of a failure on the primary frame-relay link.
