How to create a fresh database of PIX MC in VMS 2.2

I need to know the procedure in VMS 2.2 to create a fresh database of the Management Center for PIX Firewalls.

I'm not sure I understood you correctly. However, if I got you right you want to reinitialize the PIXMC. That can be done by running the IDS/PIX MC installer (you don't need to uninstall first) and by clicking yes when asked if you want to re-initialize the database. Hope that helps.
