Hi all,
I'm trying to use SNMP to map a vlan ifIndex (obtained from ipRouteIfIndex, for example) to the corresponding physical ifIndex. Does anyone know what OID (or even multiple OIDs) does this? I've looked at dot1dBasePortIfIndex but it doesn't always return the right value.
Thanks in advance!

I seems to recall that you need to get the dot1Bridge information per VLAN. The way Cisco implemented this is using a special community string, something like
Michael.
