Router and switches are layer 3 & 2 devices
respectively and do not behave in anyway similar to a PC.
You cannnot see services as you'ld on a pc but you can
see process that have been enabled by router and some enabled due
to your present configurations.
To see process, do a "sh process cpu" and to turn off the
process that are as a result of your config e.g.
NAT you have to disable nat.

I don't think you request is possible on a router or switch.
