When use "sh ip bgp", how to tell how many entries are in the BGP routing table?

Hi,

There will be as many entries as there are lines (after the column headings) in the output of 'sh ip bgp'.

An easier way to find this out is using 'sh ip bgp summary' .. the third line of which will show something like the following:

"6 network entries using 606 bytes of memory"
