how to user 10/100 Fast Ethernet (RJ-45) management ports on cat4006-S3

There is a 10/100 Fast Ethernet (RJ-45) management ports on cat4006 Supervisor Engine III.

But when I show running-config , I can`t find this port.

why?

It is only available from the ROMMON mode for disastor recovery. It is not available when the system is running IOS. Since the management port software switches traffic only, the port is not available for use by IOS.
