I have monitoring software "Whats up Gold" and need ciscoworks to import the device file. Ciscoworks wants the device file in csv format. Whats up gold stores the devices in wui and wup formats. Does anyone now of a way to convert the files or is anyone familar with whatsup gold and can tell me where it stores the device fill in a format that ciscoworks can import. Thanks.
As far as I know, Ciscoworks cannot import the files in wui and wup formats. You need to have a intermediate software of tool, which can convert wui or wup files to csv files and then only can it be imported to Ciscoworks.
