I've plugged all my switches & routers into RME with no problem at all, but I just can't get my PIX in import. Is there something written on how to do this, or some little thing I need to do differently?
Have you told the PIX to allow access from your CiscoWorks box? You will have to grant access within the PIX to your CiscoWorks system. This can be done by using the commands "telnet ". Preferably you would use SSH instead of telnet. This can be setup by substituting ssh in place of telnet. If you want the CW2K system to perform SNMP queries against the PIX you will also have to add the "snmp-server " command to the PIX.
