Intel 1000 MT and Cisco 3750 Switch

I cannot get an Intel 1000 MT NIC to negotiate at port speed 1000. I have tried using Auto on both sides and hard setting the port speed. I have even upgraded the driver. Any ideas out there?

Can you paste your switch port configs ? What happens when you hard code it to 1000 /full on either sides? Is the line protocol down ?
