Internal Policy Routing

Hi,

Is it possible to enable policy routing on an IP packet which is emitted by the router itself ?

In example, can I set up Policy Routing on the packets emitted when I telnet or ping an IP from the console ?

Thanks.

It is certainly possible. You build your route-map as you would normally do for transit traffic and use the following command:

ip local policy route-map

For more information about this command, please refer to the following link:

Hope this helps,

Thank You, I was stucked on a problem where only this would fix it and I never imagined this available behind "ip local" ...
