ios upgrade path for c2960-s?

I have a c2960-s currently running 12.2(53r)SE. I want to upgrade the ios 15.0.2-SE5 but i was wondering if i first need to upgrade to  12.2.58-SE2 before jumping to 15.0.2?

You can go straight. If you want stability, use 15.0(2)SE4 instead.
