IOS-XR UBRL QoS on MOD80-TR

I was wondering if anyone has tried to run User Based Rate Limiting on a MOD80-TR?  Doing a little research I found the 9001 has a Typhoon chipset on the built-in LC, same as the MOD80.  The QoS configuration page states that the ASR9001 will scale the same as the other Cisco ASR9Ks, but it doesn't have the MOD80 in the supported linecard section for the UBRL.  Is this due to a memory limit?  Any information would be appreciated.
