IP Source Guard on Cisco3750(EMI)

How many ip source bindings can handle Cisco3750.. I tried with near 1000 lines but after reload, my switch is totaly unusable... a process which is responsible for IP Source Guards is taking near 100% CPU.

Just an idea:

Changing SDM Template to Routing might help (or make the situation worse if I'm wrong).
