IPSEC Tunnels

We have 3 837 routers.

Two are running 12.3(2)XC

The 3rd is running 12.2(8)YN

IPSEC tunnel between the two 12.3 routers is fine, but between the 12.3's and the 12.2, cannot get them up & running... Can PING point-to-point across the tunnel interface, but not from LAN-LAN accross it. Seems to me like a routing issue, but the routing is so simple, I can't see how it could be

Anyone know of any bugs/probs with IPSEC between 12.2 and 12.3 ???

Or any troubleshooting ideas?
