Isdn basic rate interface wont show down in the sh int bri0 command, when cable is physically disconnected from the port.
Bri0 Line up (Spoofing), line protocol up (spoofing). Neither will change to a down state.

Because it is spoofing, it'll always show as UP. To see if it's deactivated or disconnected do a: sho isdn status.
