Is it possible, with the cooperation of the Telco and some modem/adapter, to connect an ISDN30 Telco line to a Quad E1/PRI card with serial support, on an AS5300 Universal Access Server?
This as an alternate for an incoming E1 line.

Apples and oranges here, and even if the telco could come up with something (doubtful) it would cost far more than an E1 line would.
