ISE indexing engine not running

I have two ise 2.3 servers and in order to create ha.

after ha two ise server, The following problem happened

serivce ISE Indexing Engine not running.

please help me

Sounds like a reverse DNS record for your ISE nodes is required for the service to properly start in HA setups.

I Checked reverse DNS records for ISE nodes.

Reverse DNS are already created But the problem did not resolve

same issue....

dns records are persist/ Certificates installed, time zone, NTP correct....

tried restart...no luck(
