Java Error in CW-5th-Edtion/IE6??

I have installed CiscoWorks, 5th Edition on a brandnew Solaris8+Patchcluster 04/01.

With some windows clients i got access via http on port 1741. So far, so good.

But when i try to access to some links, for example, "ServerConfiguration-Setup-Security-AddUser" i got the follow message in status bar of IE6:

exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.cisco.nm.cmf.security.csModUserPanel

Sometimes on same link i got:

Error: The requested URL cannot be reached because

Description: 403 Forbidden is the HTTP status code returned by the Apache web server when either the user or the server itself has insufficient access rights to the URL.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Ben

Ensure that you are not performing NAT between the client and server. Firewalls can also be a problem. DNS can also be an issue (setup name resolution), so browse using the servername:1741.

The error also points to permissions, are you logged in as admin? Also check if you have the csModUserPanel class file on your server.. it should be in something like opt/CSCOpx/ (com/cisco/nm/cmf/security/)

Hope that helps
