LED's on 6513

I have a 6513 w/ 2 Sup2's. The LED's in slot 1 are changing from all green (except the active led is blank) to status=orange, system=green and pwrmgmt=red). The LED's for the Sup2 in slot 2 are green. The show mod 1 command returns this info:

Does anybody know what the problem is here?

You could re-seat it back in the slot and watch it boot up and collect the POST. Else you could also try changing it to slot2 to check if there is a problem with the module.

I had this when I was setting them up to be redundant and upgrading the IOS at the same time. So I would guess either your redundancy is setup wrong or the IOS versions do not match. Pull the working one, upgrade and config number one, then put number 2 back in and get the redundancy working.
