Licencing CSSM

Hello guys,

Situaion:

Customer A   - own smart account

Customer B  - own smart account

Customer B has CSSM with own licences but need use particullar licences from Cust A on own CSSM(from SP)

Is possible do it between Smart accounts ? Via Virtual Account or another way ?

Hi,

Reserved Licenses in CSSM can be transferred across Virtual Account as
needed.

But i need use Virtual Account from Smart account Customer A in Smart account Customer B ..not Virtual account A in smart account A

Hey!

I think you'll need a Licensing TAC Case to move the licenses between Smart Accounts..
I only know how to transfer licenses between Virtual Accounts within a Smart Account.

You could also consult your sales team.
