I am getting all C's when I try to console in after the switch a 3548 has been up and runnning a few hours, after restarting I can log into the console again no problem......
What terminal application are you using? Make sure you’re set to 9600, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, Hardware flow control. Try another terminal application or upgrading your current one. If all that fails, try re-flashing your switch.
