Load balance across ISP's

Current configuration consists of two WAN pipes for different networks (student/faculty) Sonicwalls on each side tied to a 2600 router (belonging to the ISP). Student pipe has 2 T1's, faculty has 1 T1.

Is there a way, with a router inserted in the mix to load balance across the pipes, by time of day? Radware's LinkProof will do balancing, unknown if it can be set by time.

The goal is to give the faculty/staff their T1 during the day, but at night swing that bandwidth to the student side.

I am assuming you have different subnets for students and faculty.

you can run policy routing based on source subnets and apply reflexive access-lists ( which can be configured by time of day) to the policy maps.

Never actually done it but in theory should be piece of cake.

Another way to do it is just run load balancing with out time of day policy as your faculty probably won't be using as much bandwidth at night your students can assume that BW anyway.
