I want to get the amount of usage of the 8 pri's that connects to my AS5300. I am using Cisco Work to push out update, could I get the stats thur Cisco Works that would tell me the number hits I am getting on each pri?

TACACAS abd RADIUS wil help in logging the usage of the modem . You can configure these options.
